Job Description
As a Manager of Social and Content Insights & Analytics at Visa, you will play an important role in shaping our approach to social media measurement and content strategy. Working closely with the Content Development and Distribution team, you will help ensure Visa’s presence across social platforms and deepen engagement with priority communities. Your work will focus on identifying and targeting key audience segments, supporting real-time optimization, and driving actionable insights to amplify content with the highest cultural momentum. You will collaborate with internal teams, agency partners, and social channels to leverage analytics and develop innovative strategies that align with brand and business objectives. This position requires curiosity, creativity, and analytical expertise to bridge technical analysis and business decision-making, ensuring Visa remains at the forefront of social innovation and engagement.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for this position is 161,400.00 to 258,500.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
