Job Description
This role sits within the Stablecoin Product team in the Commercial & Money Movement organization, driving the next generation of stablecoin enabled products and customer propositions. The position focuses on shaping long-term strategy, exploring emerging opportunities across Web3 and digital assets, and advancing innovation that fuels the future of Commercial & Money Movement solutions. As part of a high impact team operating at the intersection of new technology and legacy operations, this role helps define how stablecoins can transform customer experiences with moving money and unlock new value for clients and partners.
Opportunity Assessment
Develop and own the CMS Web3/stablecoin innovation roadmap and backlog.
Identify and lead discovery initiatives focused on future looking opportunities across CMS. Shape initiatives around use cases identified through independent research and relationships with customers, sales, and industry partners.
Produce executive-friendly summarize with recommendations on how to address new opportunities, including perspectives on overall market opportunities, commercial models, revenue sizing, technical flows and feasibility against a build/partner framework.
Proof of Concepts
Design proofs-of-concepts including success criteria and delivery plan.
Take an iterative, customer-centric approach with customers and partners, such as by launching a formal co-design workstream.
Guide early stage product experimentation, from ideation through validation.
Where needed, identify and form partnerships to generate insights, validate concepts, and run test commercials.
Track and deliver innovation outcomes, including POC launches, patent filings, and engagement funnel growth.
Scalable Solution Design
Following delivery of proofs of concept (POCs), evaluate performance and manage transitions to domain experts for scaled execution.
Articulate commercial case against scaled execution balancing needed investment and time to revenue
Thought leadership
Facilitate high-impact presentations, group decisions and participate on panels covering innovation roadmaps and proofs-of-concepts in internal and external forums
Feed into marketing and communications roadmap, including producing written thought leadership pieces, blog posts, and social media content

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for this position is 146,200 to 233,700 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
