RESPONSIBILITIES
Data Analysis & Research
Leverage SAS and Google Analytics reports to uncover customer and site behaviors trends
Assist with data mining necessary to provide accurate and meaningful analysis
Research market and industry trends impacting customers
Content Optimization
Create a content testing plan, leveraging data, customer insights, and hypothesis to test out
Make recommendations based on the data for future content, targeting, and/or timing that drives the best outcome
Assist in site content development
Client Support
Create and maintain digital insights to be shared with clients and client management team
Support in providing client deliverables
REQUIREMENTS
Students pursuing an Undergraduate Degree, or graduating Seniors - Business, Marketing, Analytics, Communications, or similar
Demonstrates excellent communication skills - is comfortable sharing analysis insights and presenting key findings to leadership teams
Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
Role based in Eden Prairie, MN or Richmond, VA
KEY SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
Strong Microsoft Office suite skills, specifically Excel and Power Point
Strong critical thinking skills
Curious and motivated to learn
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively
Ability to prioritize to meet various needs
Ability to handle aggressive goals and deadlines
