TD Ameritrade Institutional is looking for an undergraduate student in the Omaha, Nebraska, area who has completed their sophomore year and are majoring in Graphic Design, Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, or related studies. Applicants should have a solid graphic design skill set, understanding of digital and social media, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Individuals must be able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and be proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud programs (specifically InDesign and Photoshop) and PowerPoint. Ability to quickly learn new design platforms is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Layout/design of some or all of the following content pieces:
  • Original research reports
  • PowerPoint presentations
  • Social media graphics
  • Data visualization pieces
  • eBooks
  • Email and website graphics
• Photo research/selection/editing
• Supporting senior content designer by making changes to projects and production work
• Helping traffic and manage content marketing projects
• Working within team content management systems - Adobe Engagement Manager and Contently as needed
• Meeting team deadlines

• Enrolled in an accredited Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Journalism/Communications, Marketing, Advertising or related field
• General design skills, even if self-taught, when accompanied by adaptability, interest in content marketing, ad a desire to learn
• Portfolio of content production work -- design and/or writing -- and desire to enter the field of digital content marketing (please submit a link to portfolio with your resume)
• Knowledge of MS Office products (Access/PowerPoint/Word)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud tools - particularly InDesign and Photoshop
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Detailed oriented and good project management skills
• Interest in personal finance and financial technology
