As a Marketing Intern at WEX, you’ll be a key player on the partner channel marketing team. You will oscillate between left- and right-brained thinking, from process management and administration to creative ideation. And, you’ll get to work with marketing managers across WEX’s three lines of business (Benefits, Mobility, and Payments), which will give you exposure to SaaS marketing for a variety of audiences.
Responsibilities:
Support and/or manage of various projects led by the Americas Partner Audience Marketing Team, including:
Auditing existing content for brand, data, and information accuracy
Drafting and updating marketing and sales assets (handouts, slide decks, etc.), and pushing those assets through our Content and Design Centers of Excellence
Marketing and enablement platform administration and reporting
Digital asset management
Meet with stakeholders, gather and organize data for digital campaigns, and compile results
Provide end to end communications support: project management, stakeholder collaboration, writing/proofing content
Work closely with members from the marketing team, including digital, product, design, content, and brand on various projects
Other duties as assigned
Requirements and skills:
Current enrollment in an undergraduate course for marketing, communications, project management, or in a similar field
Strong project management, administrative, and organizational skills, including planning and execution
Attention to detail
Self-starter, strong sense of initiative
Creative and precise written communication and presentation skills
Strong quantitative, analytical and problem solving skills
Preferred (but not required): Familiar with Salesforce, Seismic, Google, Monday.com, and/or CoSchedule

Who we are looking for:
At a minimum, you should be a rising junior, senior, OR masters-level student, in a degree/certificate-seeking accredited program
Availability to work between 30-40 hours per week during the summer, and up to 20 hours per week during the school year.
Someone with: an interest in the technology/SaaS field, a desire to work in a dynamic environment, and a willingness to test and learn new ideas
The base pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Base pay is one component of WEX's total compensation package. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable plan. Non-sales roles are typically eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus based on their role and applicable plan. Salary Pay Range: $18.00 - $22.50
