REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

• Work between 20 to 30 hours per week

• Current enrollment in an undergraduate course for marketing, communications, or in a similar field

• Strong organizational skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices

• Willingness to learn and test new ideas

• Solid understanding of different marketing techniques

• Familiar with Google, CoSchedule and/or all social networking sites, a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities Their responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the marketing team in daily administrative tasks

  • Supporting the annual marketing strategy and ideation process

  • Writing, scheduling, and publishing paid and organic content

  • Supporting the production of a weekly podcast

  • Logistics and vendor communication for quarterly direct mail

  • Assisting with monthly newsletter and other communications including project management, writing, and proofing content

  • Help prepare promotional materials and presentations

  • Assisting with event and tradeshow logistics

  • Assisting with promotion of webinars

  • Collecting and analyzing data and trends for quarterly ROI reports

  • Performing market analysis and research on competition

  • Reviewing existing content and running through internal processes to update content and design

  • G2 /review execution

The base pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Base pay is one component of WEX's total compensation package. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable plan. Non-sales roles are typically eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus based on their role and applicable plan. Salary Pay Range: $18.00 - $22.50
