    Marketing Manager, Performance Reporting & Insights

    The U.S. Consumer Marketing team (USCM) is part of the US Consumer Services Group and is responsible for making membership essential by creating and delivering world class marketing for our differentiated products and services that drives demand and inspires engaged card members across the customer lifecycle. The Prospect, Partner & Customer Growth (PPCG) team delivers member-centric performance marketing that fuels this success by gaining share of premium demand, deepening Card Member engagement, and marketing premium partnerships and products that deliver differentiated membership experiences.

    The Marketing Manager, Performance, Reporting & Insights will own performance reporting, executive narrative and insight generation across Prospect & Key Platforms and PPCG. This role will serve as a critical partner to channel teams, Marketing Strategy, Investment Optimization, Finance and Analytics, translating performance signals into clear risks, opportunities, actions and investment decisions. They will be a critical member of the Prospect & Key Platforms Leadership Team and help raise the standard for reporting, forecasting, governance and performance culture across the organization.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    What You’ll Do

    • Lead marketing performance reporting for prospect channels, connecting demand indicators through conversion performance and business outcomes.
    • Synthesize channel inputs into clear, executive-ready narratives for senior leadership, including mid-month and end-of-month commentary, Performance Pulse, R&O recaps and business planning inputs.
    • Create consistency and governance across metrics, definitions, reporting cadences and source-of-truth materials to improve decision velocity.
    • Own and evolve key reporting assets and dashboards, including LLM Prospect Performance, LLM reporting/channel trends, product moments and leadership cheat sheets.
    • Partner with Investment Optimization, Finance, Analytics and Marketing Strategy on forecasts, overlays, scorecards and monthly R&Os.
    • Synthesize consumer sentiment, competitive intelligence and Comscore insights to contextualize performance.
    • Build reporting and forecasting capability across teams through partner enablement, best-practice sharing and stronger performance discipline.
