Job Description
Visa is seeking a Marketing Services Manager to lead the development, commercialization and execution of integrated marketing strategies that drive business growth and client success across the region. This role is ideal for a highly collaborative, entrepreneurial and commercially oriented marketer who thrives in ambiguity, challenges conventional approaches, and is excited about leveraging innovation, data, and AI to reimagine marketing effectiveness.
You will act as a strategic partner to internal teams and clients, blending creativity with analytical rigor to deliver measurable business outcomes. Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
Demonstrated strategic vision and creative thinking, with a track record of challenging the status quo and driving innovation and transformation in complex, ambiguous environments.
Proven ability to launch, commercialize, and drive adoption of new marketing offerings or initiatives across large, matrixed organizations.
Strong analytical skills, including evaluating business opportunities, assessing ROI, and leveraging insights to inform decisions.
Proven ability to influence and align diverse, cross functional stakeholders, including senior leadership.
Experience managing complex, multi stakeholder projects in fast paced environments.
Highly organized, action-oriented, and able to manage multiple complex projects with quick follow-through.
Entrepreneurial mindset—proactive, self-driven, comfortable with ambiguity, and motivated to build, test, learn, and scale.
Curiosity about AI, innovation, and the future of marketing, with a willingness to experiment and continuously learn.
Fluency in Spanish and English
Additional Information
** Work Hours:** Varies upon the needs of the department.
** Travel Requirements:** This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
** Mental/Physical Requirements:** This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for this position is 114,400.00 to 183,000.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
