We are looking for a Food Safety & Quality Assurance Specialist to help us grow Marley Spoon and continue to delight our customers. Role & Responsibilities Food Safety & Quality Management System for all US fulfillment centers Conduct internal and supplier audits (across commodities) Participate in the development and continual improvement of Marley Spoons FSQA & QM System and the approved supplier program Root cause analysis and follow up on corrective actions derived from internal/external audits and other non-conformances (including customer complaints) Run trend analysis, data reports on KPIs to support the global FSQA team as well as local fulfillment center management Work closely with on site Quality Management & national procurement This is you At last 2-5 years previous experience in a similar role Degree covering food science, food technology, biology, microbiology or other related discipline Advanced experience with FSMA, HACCP, Food Quality, GFSI and ISO 9001/QM Knowledge of regulatory requirements Auditor training would be a plus Driven to achieve highest quality under pressure and constantly improve customer satisfaction Strong analytical and problem solving skills Entrepreneurial-minded and self-starter with strong project manager qualities Team player and good communication skills Ability to travel if needed (less than 20%) Passion for food and cooking What we offer The biggest remaining un-tapped opportunity in e-commerce Be part of a young, dynamic start-up team with high ambitions Exciting projects with major impacts The opportunity to learn and apply new knowledge We have worked hard to build a diverse team of passionate experts.
