Experience : 0 Description : About the Team The Markets Research & Development Department (MRDD) Americas Desk is engaged in a variety of responsibilities: Supervising overall Treasury system infrastructure and Developing EUC system to enhance Treasury Business in New York branch; Consulting on IT projects / EUC system development projects of regional offices in Americas; Investigating the latest FinTech in Americas & Canada, Besides contriving new business applications based on FinTech. The MRDD HQ is located at Tokyo and contains 3 regional desks: Americas, Singapore and Europe. Overall, The MRDD belongs to Markets Business side. Thus, typically our responsibilities must belong to requirements related to the Markets Business. Responsibilities Develop either User Applications or Tools based on accurate requirements from business side. Investigate potential user's requirements & workflow issues collaborating with suitable stakeholders Investigate the latest technologies relevant FinTech such AI, Block Chain, DLT and Voice Recognition to visit tech companies, other banks and seminars. Contrive new idea based on new technologies to promote our market business Qualifications + Experience with multiple programming languages(e.g., Python, C#, JAVA, JavaScript, VBA, SQL) + Master / Bachelor degree in computer science or financial engineering + Basic knowledge as data scientist such machine learning and deep learning. + Experience with data analytic software or libraries(e.g., R, MATLAB, Google TensorFlow) + Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills + 2 years of relevant work experience in financial institutions or Tech companies Professional knowledge of market business and financial regulator's requirements Applied experience with Machine Learning / Deep Learning on large datasets + Demonstrated skills in selecting the suitable statistical tools given a data analysis problem.
