IT Client Onboarding Specialists Morgan Stanley 2,689 reviews - New York, NY The Wealth Management Technology IMAC Coordination Team manages the coordination of technology related requests, such as the purchase, installation and/or movement of computer hardware. These IMAC Coordinators oversee a high volume of request tickets for over 600 distributed locations, ensuring that technology and corporate services teams action specific tasks in order to fulfill the requests in a timely manner. The IMAC Coordinator also performs tasks and communicates with the end user community (requestor), following our policies/procedures and ensuring an excellent customer service experience achieved.
