  • Responsibilities

    The Loan Partner One (LP1), an Executive/Administrative Assistant, oversees the Loan Officer's lead, calendar, and database management for the Loan Officer (LO). LP1 will directly communicate with new leads, active prospects, customers, clients, and business partners daily, ensuring a smooth workflow and strong team chemistry. Responsibilities: This role requires strong communication, time management, priority management, and data entry skills. The LP1 must professionally represent the LO and team and strive to "wow" internally and externally daily. Qualifications: • Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative, executive assistant, customer service, or mortgage/real estate support role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and positive demeanor. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in data entry and documentation. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and comfortable learning new technology platforms and CRM systems. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues. • Preferred Qualifications Excellent time management skills and the ability to consistently meet deadlines. Previous experience in the mortgage, banking, real estate, or financial services industry. Familiarity with mortgage loan origination systems (LOS), CRM platforms, and electronic document management systems. Experience managing executive calendars, client communications, and database maintenance. Knowledge of the home loan process from application through closing. Compensation: $18 - $24 hourly
