As the Loan Origination System (LOS) Support Analyst at Movement Mortgage, you will communicate with internal teams to make sure that all Movement teammates are able to complete processes within the Loan Origination, PC Lender. * Responsible for supporting the user relationship with PCLender, and related supporting applications * Provides problem solving and troubleshooting help with internal user issues and problems related to PC Lender * Responsible for supporting help desk inquires received via the ticketing system, email, and telephone, while providing superior customer service

• Responsible for providing a seamless onboarding experience for new employees * Liaison between software vendors and Movement Mortgage to facilitate accurate usage of application(s); while ensuring compliance with company, regulatory and industry requirements * Maintain issue and enhancement logs; provide troubleshooting for escalated issues and work with business units and vendors on assigned projects to enhance workflow and processes What We Are Looking For * 1+ years experience with PC Lender (as user or administration) * 2+ years mortgage related experience such as processing, underwriting, or other operations positions * Proven time management, organizational, and customer service related skills * Ability to multi-task and perform in a fast-paced environment * Ability to work extended hours, including nights, weekends and holidays Even Better * 2+ years LOS Administrative experience * Experience with JIRA, ServiceNow, and Loan Origination Systems or PCLender highly preferred * Bachelors Degree or certification in Information Technology, Computer Science, computer systems, related field, or equivalent work experience Sound like a good fit?
