Responsibilities: WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW • Reviews Closing Disclosures for missing information after closing and prior to post closing  • Ensures compliance with CFPB and TRID regulations  • Processes and responds to all incoming methods of communication  Qualifications: WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR • 1+ years of business related experience • Working knowledge about TRID requirements  • Detail oriented, ability to work in a fast paced environment  • Strong oral and written communication skills  • Highly adaptable team player EVEN BETTER • Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred  • 1+ years of compliance experience preferred
