The Regulatory Exam Coordinator plays a critical role in the success of Movement Mortgage by managing the day-to-day functions associated with examinations from regulatory agencies. The Regulatory Exam Coordinator facilitates the exam management process, which includes interaction with all levels of management and departments across the organization as well as regulators. The Coordinator should be fully cognizant of the risks, goals, policies, and processes of the organization. Responsibilities: WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW • Responsible for the daily project management functions related to managing all regulatory exams • Serve as primary contact with regulator for all external exams • Work directly with key stakeholders throughout the organization to gather evidence related to exam requests • Coordinate onsite fieldwork and direct examiner requests for information • Responsible for escalating any regulator concerns, emerging themes or issues and drive action • Assist in preparing business units for interacting with regulators • Perform root cause analysis on exam findings and work with appropriate business units on corrective action plans • Assist in the drafting of responses to regulators as required • Facilitate meetings with regulators • Oversee management of regulatory logistics including space for onsite examiners, system access and secure data transmission protocols • Responsible for assistance with regulatory reporting functions, including MCRs and other required reporting to state regulatory agencies Qualifications: WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR • Bachelor’s degree • 3+ years regulatory, audit and/or risk and control experience in a financial services environment • 2+ years mortgage lending experience • 1 year regulatory reporting experience • 1 year project management • Relevant certification (CIA, CRCM, PMP) • Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple simultaneous priorities in a high paced environment • Strong attention to detail • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Ability to get results and influence teammates to complete tasks on time • Trustworthy and dependable with ability to maintain confidentiality • Strong interpersonal skills • Proficient to advanced PC skills specifically including MS Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point Sound like a good fit?
