    Our team is responsible for the following:

    • Seek solutions that meet the need of the business which result in process efficiency, provide business change flexibility, and increase Multifamily’s ability to manage and leverage data
    • Execute business requirements and user story creation, user acceptance testing and integration activities across projects and applications
    • Prioritize requirements and create conceptual prototypes and mock-ups
    • Help draft business case and use case documentation
    • Track and manage product and solution performance measurements such as Key Performance Indicators
    • Collaborating with management and business operations unit to comprehend and document decision support needs
    • Mine and analyze data from company databases to drive optimization and improvement of product development, marketing techniques and business strategies
    • Implement advanced strategies for gathering, reviewing and analyzing data requirements
    • Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets

    Your Impact:

    In this role, you will be an integral part of a dynamic team focused on Multifamily Digital Transformation. Responsibilities include:

    • Direct support of a multifamily Digital Capability scrum team
    • Exhibit a customer-centric attitude
    • Participate and contribute to discussion with both technology and business experts to translate business requirements and customer needs into technology requirements
    • Learn to write user stories based on business-driven functionality and technical capabilities
    • Participate in sprint planning and project / process specification meetings
    • Prepare charts, tables, diagrams to assist in analyzing problems
    • Develop current and future state business process documentation
    • Support problem solving through building domain knowledge, product requirement knowledge, and an understanding of the customer
    • Collaborate with all levels of employees including division leadership
    • Build professional relationships across the organization and enhance your business acumen through established training opportunities and day to day work execution
    • Assist with creating solutions that help with ensuring liquidity, stability, and affordability to the U.S. housing market
  • Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Mathematics, Data Science/Analytics or a related field
    • Minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA
    • Availability to begin full time employment in our January 2022 or June 2022 cohort
    • Graduation no more than 18 months prior to start date
