02-Jan-2019 Title Cyber Product Intern Job Description Hartford Steam Boiler is currently recruiting for our 2019 Summer Intern Program. In order to be considered, you must be in an undergraduate university program (rising Sophomore, Junior, or Senior). As part of your internship, you will be working with one of our key business areas in which you will be assigned a mentor where you will be exposed to various types of work and projects, while collaborating with a number of experienced professionals in our organization. As part of this program you will gain exposure to valuable resume building opportunities, networking activities and a final group project to complete the experience. The Cyber Product Intern working within Global Cyber Products will conduct competitive market analysis, internal book of business analysis and claims analysis. The Cyber Product Intern will compile data, conduct analyses, document processes and prepare reporting of results. The Cyber Product Intern may also participate in ongoing projects within the group including product strategy development, product performance analysis, rate development and revision, product enhancement development, and the design of risk management services. This role supports a key strategic initiative, to continue HSBs leadership position in cyber insurance. Requisition Number 2624BR Qualifications Required Qualifications: Open to any undergraduate college major. Candidate should be actively pursuing Bachelor degree. Skills: Analytical skills and a desire to apply them. Interest in technology trends, cyber security, and/or cyber insurance. Competence in Microsoft Office Suite.
