Our program is designed to help build a financial foundation and accelerate your career growth through challenging functional rotations, mentoring relationships, formal learning curriculum, and exposure to senior leadership. This three-year program develops versatile leaders by providing cross-functional experience through one-year rotations within the enterprise. Rotations may include: Finance Operations Corporate Development Data Strategy Controller Financial Planning & Analysis Enterprise Risk Management Internal Audit Capital Management Treasury Tax Financial Reporting Why the Financial Development Program? Heightened professional development opportunities Opportunities to make an immediate, direct and quantitative impact on business results Challenging work and growth opportunities Hand-on experience within various functions of the enterprise Visibility to senior leadership Dedicated professional mentors and one-on-one coaching Support in obtaining industry and professional certifications Essential Job Functions: Participate in and lead a variety of projects involving interaction with associates throughout the Finance Operation and the Product areas Participate in initiatives to improve business processes Build and enhance relationships with internal and external business partners This position requires sitting over 66% of the time and visual acuity of 20 inches (or less) over 66% of the time Record and analyze financial data, prepare related financial reports and provide insights to business partners Minimum Qualifications: Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Finance or Accounting and anticipating graduation in May 2019 or have previously completed a degree in Finance or Accounting Ability to establish and execute against deadlines Proficient Microsoft Excel experience Communicates effectively verbally, non-verbally and in written formats with peers and internal business partners while tailoring content and approach to the intended audience Exhibits technical skills and demonstrated continual learning Attention to detail, analytical acumen and excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple and competing priorities Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment Self-driven with ability to deal with ambiguity and a willingness to learn and grow responsibilities Desire to think critically with emerging problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to think creatively to improve business processes If you are a qualified individual with a disability or a disabled veteran, you have the right to request an accommodation if you are unable or limited in your ability to use or access our career center as a result of your disability.
