    YOU'RE THE BRAINS BEHIND OUR WORK.

    You're ready to bring your knowledge from the classroom to the boardroom; and Citi wants to help you get there. Whether it's honing your skills or building your network, we know that success cannot come without growth. Our Early ID Leadership Program will equip you with the knowledge and training you need to learn about the many divisions across the bank, build technical skills, and successfully navigate our Summer Analyst interview process.

    WE PROVIDE YOU WITH THE KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS YOU NEED TO SUCCEED.

    Citi's Early ID Leadership Program is designed for undergraduate sophomores. The program consists of virtual mentorship, technical training, and intense interview preparation for the 2023 Summer Analyst interview process.

    Participants can select up to 3 tracks for the program including:

    • Early ID Black Heritage Leadership Program

    • Early ID Hispanic Heritage Leadership Program

    • Early ID Women's Leadership Program

    • Early ID Veterans Leadership Program

    • Early ID Pride Leadership Program

    • Early ID Disability Leadership Program

    We will provide an educational series where students will get an overview of the various businesses at Citi.

    At the conclusion of this program, you will be able to select your interest in our Institutional Clients Group, Consumer or Functions businesses. Once these are confirmed, you will have an opportunity to further connect with the various businesses if selected into the Early ID Leadership Program.

    YOUR TIME HERE WILL LOOK SOMETHING LIKE THIS...

    The Early ID program is a five-week virtual program aligned to the programs below. As a participant, you will learn how to navigate the summer intern recruiting process, participate in virtual technical training and business specific workshops and have a mentor guide you along the way.

    WE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU IF...

    • You are a current sophomore enrolled in a four-year Baccalaureate Degree program from an accredited institution who self-identify as Black.

    • You are a current sophomore enrolled in a four-year Baccalaureate Degree program from an accredited institution who self-identify as Hispanic or Latino.

    • Current sophomore woman enrolled in a four-year Baccalaureate Degree program from an accredited institution.

    • You are a current sophomore enrolled in a four-year Baccalaureate Degree program from an accredited institution and have served in the U.S. Armed Forces.

    • You are a current sophomore enrolled in a four-year Baccalaureate Degree program from an accredited institution and self-identify as a member of the LGBTQ+ community.

    All candidates will be selected based on their academic achievements such as extracurricular activities, campus leadership, and interest in the financial services industry. A 3.3 GPA is preferred.
