The Sr Technical Recruiter reports to the Corporate AVP of Talent Acquisition and is responsible for recruiting and consulting services to support the business needs of IT across the organization. Utilizes available resources and technology to source top talent in the industry Assists with compliance requirements for OFCCP, SOX and other regulations as appropriate Embraces and embodies our company values Core Requirements: Minimum 3+ years experience in Technical Recruiting, preferably on a corporate team Bachelors degree in business or related field with major course work in a discipline related to the requirements of the position is preferred. A high school diploma or state accepted equivalency is required. Ability to work individually or partner with recruiting team and cross-collaboration teams to design, schedule, implement, and evaluate recruitment initiatives and tools with minimal supervision. Attention to detail for following standardized processes, procedures and ensure data integrity. Skilled at establishing relationships to effectively interact with all levels within an organization.
