TECHNICAL TALENT ACQUISITION PARTNER
LOCATION: SAN DIEGO (LA JOLLA/UTC)
Hybrid Position: Onsite 2 Days per Week
National Funding is continuing to grow and has an exciting opportunity as TECHNICAL TALENT ACQUISITION PARTNER. The Technical Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, screening, and presenting good candidates for technology positions, as well as collaborating with hiring managers to set realistic technical requirements and to ensure positive representation for the company in all recruiting efforts.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for full cycle technical recruiting.
- Identifies the most effective methods for attracting candidates and utilizes advanced sourcing methods for recruiting technology talent, including social media, passive candidate identification and outreach, and database mining. Attending tech hiring events.
- Recruiting top tier technology talent with an emphasis in architecture and software development in an Agile environment.
- Collaborates with hiring managers to understand the hiring needs and deep insight on the roles to be filled; reviews job descriptions.
- Deliver a world-class recruiting experience to both Hiring Managers and top tier passive technical candidates.
- Provide expertise and support as needed in the preparation and delivery of Hiring Manager briefings and recruiting status updates.
- Ensure all hiring policies and procedures (i.e., any compliance, legal and regulatory requirements) are adhered to. Knowledge of employment law, immigration basics, and complex compensation structures are a big plus.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive and participate in a fast-paced environment of innovation and growth.
- Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Superior organizational and time management skills.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- 3 plus years as a professional Recruiter specializing in technical recruiting. Responsible for full cycle recruiting in a competitive talent market.
- Advanced sourcing for technology talent, including social media, passive candidate identification and outreach, database mining techniques required.
- Collaborative interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and interact effectively at various levels.
- Excellent MS Office, advanced internet sourcing and recruiting, ATS/HRIS skills with aptitude to learn and utilize other programs/systems as needed.
- Ability to form effective vendor relationships.
- Creative problem solving and decision making using analytical and technical skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong desire to learn and grow skillset.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
