Marketing Intern, New Business Jackson National Life Distributors LLC (JNLD) has an opening for a Marketing Intern. Job Purpose The Marketing Intern will work with Jackson's New Business group under the Marketing Communications department. This position is responsible for assisting with marketing projects and project coordination. Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities * Assists in the coordination of marketing initiatives for the New Business team. * Conducts Marketing & Communications and New Business research. * Assists with competitive intelligence duties. * Responsible for content/material sourcing. * Monitors projects in the Content Management System and provide status updates to the team. * Various projects as requested by management. Other duties Other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities * Strong desire to learn the intricacies of a marketing department * Demonstrated strong work ethic. * Must be detail and process oriented. * Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. * Highly proficient in the entire Microsoft Office suite, especially PowerPoint. Access a plus. Education and Experience * Pursuit or completion of a Bachelors degree. * Previous experience conducting research. * Previous experience working in a customer service environment a plus.
