    Job Description

    Nations Roof is seeking a motivated, professional Customer Service/ Sales Specialist to answer in bound phone calls and place outbound phone calls to business in allocated territories in the United States. We are expanding our business development team and are looking for professionals looking for a career. Qualified candidates will be able to demonstrate listening skills and client-focused customer service based on customer needs.

    OVERVIEW:

    • Manage inbound and outbound customer phone calls, emails, chats, and orders in a structured environment.
    • Provide superior customer experience by providing a complete, customized, and professional experience
    • Utilize consultative selling techniques to maximize the customer experience by: Building relationships, determining and supporting customer’s needs and/or concerns and keeping a professional and respectful demeanor
    • Utilize available resources appropriately to accurately enter data and service the customers
    • Ensure appropriate follow –through steps are completed for each call
    • Document customer, order, and account information accurately and completely
    • Develop and maintain relationships with internal staff, company services, policies/procedures and processes
    • Meet and exceed minimum performance metrics including but not limited to sales targets, quality of service provided, productivity, attendance, and schedule adherence

     

    BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

    • High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent Certification
    • English Fluency
    • Stable work history
    • Time management and self-drive
    • Proficient in MS office, XL, typing and computer navigation skills
    • 3 years of customer service experience
    • Maintains a professional appearance and a quality work environment that adheres to all safety and security policies
    • Works within a team environment supporting both team objectives and overall Center objectives

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • 2 years outbound calling sales or appointment setting experience
    • Similar experience in construction industry
