The role begins in January 2023 or Summer 2023.

DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTIONS:

SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT

Develop technical and business knowledge and skills and gain exposure to leading technology stacks while you inhabit different roles within our various software development groups. To promote efficient, progressive learning, you will be supported by a community as you contribute to key IT projects and initiatives.

Join an agile team following Scrum or eXtreme Programming practices, while developing web or mobile applications. Build UI front ends or back end services. Operate a DevOps toolchain. Create visualizations that help business users understand data through new lenses. Analyze business problems and recommend how technology solutions can improve operational efficiency or enhance revenue opportunities.

INFRASTRUCTURE AND TECHNOLOGY MANAGEMENT

You will operate and manage essential technology platforms that support business and financial applications, including cloud platforms like Azure and Amazon Web Services. You will be challenged as you work closely with developers, engineers and architects to manage traditional and cloud platforms as you drive reliability, scale and performance.

Join engineering or service management teams that support the overall health of the technology platforms we depend on. Engineer robust and secure platforms using infrastructure-as-code and other virtualization technologies. Operate and govern technology services to ensure smooth and uninterrupted access and availability of key platforms that power our business and connect to world financial systems that power our economy. Use low code automation capabilities to accelerate at the speed of cloud.

CYBER SECURITY

Explore security and cyber resiliency practices including data protection, threat and vulnerability management, and identity and access management. As you contribute you will work alongside other talented cyber security professionals collaborating with infrastructure and software development teams to ensure the integrity of data and platforms.

Join information security teams that design, operate and improve the services and platforms that ensure that data is protected from threats. Investigate and analyze events, threats and vulnerabilities to actively reduce risk and ensure client and corporate data and key platforms are secure. Work with application and infrastructure teams to ensure that secure practices are being improved and adhered.

WHO YOU ARE

• You are pursuing or have recently earned a bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Computer and Electrical Engineering, Information Technology (IT), Management Information Systems, Informatics at an accredited college/university with an expected graduation date of December 2022 through Summer 2023

• You have a minimum GPA of 2.7 or higher

• You have a strong understanding of Microsoft Excel

• You have good verbal and written communication skills

• You have proven analytical and problem-solving skills through course work, projects, and or previous internship experience

• You have a strong understanding of object oriented programming concepts and have the ability to utilize their recent academic experience to create superior digital solutions.

• You have a strong interest in technology and innovation

• You have working knowledge of common programming languages (i.e., Java, C#, Javascript, Python, C/C++, Unix, SQL, etc.)

• You have a understanding of agile methodologies (i.e. Scrum, TDD, devOps)

• You have the ability to work independently and adapt quickly to new technologies/systems
