With the current growth of our firm in the Valley we are looking to add motivated sales representative with sales experience that we can fast track to Management WITHIN A YEAR. Average salary plus bonuses of our 7 managers at the Woodland Hills office is $161,000/year. We are a 175 year old full service financial firm and currently #72 in the Fortune 500. Our Managers, advisers and agents are full time W-2 employees with full benefits. We prefer applicants with sales experience, but are open to meeting those with a new interest in financial services and planning.

REQUIREMENTS TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE POSITION:

-MBA within the past 24 months

OR

-Manager experience

JOB TYPE: FULL-TIME

SALARY PLUS COMMISSION (COMPETITIVE BENEFITS)

First year income: $79,000 to $100,000 at plan

New York Life is currently seeking self-motivated, driven individuals with a passion for making a positive impact on people's lives.

As a Manager Fast Track candidate you will be required to fulfill three requirements within a year to trigger your manager contract. The three requirements include:

-Getting your Series 6 and Series 63 licenses

-Sell 30 life policies

-Minimum of 50K of production

Once the three requirements are completed your Manager contract will begin including VERY COMPETITIVE SALARY AND BONUS STRUCTURE!
