In this role, you will work closely with the HR, Recruiting, & Admin Ops Team to support the new Game Team based in our new Nexon America Division Partners Office located in Mid-City/Los Angeles. What You Can Expect To Do In Your New Gig · As an HR/Admin Coordinator, you will work closely with the HR, Recruiting, and Admin Ops Team to ensure compliance and consistency with internal policies and procedures. · HR: In coordination with the HQ HR Team in El Segundo, you will schedule candidate interviews, own full onboarding cycle for new and temporary hires at LA office, collect and maintain sensitive employee data, set up training sessions, and handle additional HR duties as requested. · Admin Ops: You will be responsible for overall office décor, management of vendor relationships, guest travel coordination, property mgmt. relationship, purchasing, and additional admin duties as requested. · Conducts administrative functions including guest travel coordination, purchasing, vendor relations, and overseeing the office décor. · Handle full onboarding cycle for new and temporary hires, including background checks, new hire checklists, and new hire orientation. · Assist Recruiting Team with interview scheduling. · Assist in the administration of Open Enrollment, Learning & Dev Trainings, Health Clinics, etc. · Handle basic HR/Admin Inquiries and Needs from Division Partners. · Other duties as assigned or as needs arise. Your qualifications include: Work Experience · 1+ years of Human Resources Experience · 1+ years of General Office Administration Experience Education, Professional Training, Technical Training or Certification · Bachelors degree or equivalent experience Knowledge/Skills · Strong written and verbal communication skills · Excellent organizational/time management skills · Able to consistently meet deadlines · Strong background in MS Office · Excellent attention to detail and understanding of confidentiality and privacy issues · Prior experience in Gaming, High Tech, Entertainment preferred Management has the right to add or change duties and job requirements at any time.
