HOW YOU?LL HELP THE TEAM SUCCEED: The People, Culture and Training Intern will work alongside the training team to design, develop, and evaluate training programs, learn and perform administrative functions including benefits and wellness administration, recruiting, retention and HRIS management. The main project will be to work on developing training for our team members across three distribution centers located throughout the Intermountain West. This will include working with HR, Sales and Safety representatives to evaluate current practices, create curriculum and training courses as applicable. DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU? * Candidate must be pursuing a degree in Training and Education, Human Resources, or Business Administration * At least a 3.0 GPA * Self starter with the ability to work independently * Detail oriented and well organized * Strong verbal and written communication skills with proficiency in MS Office Must be able to perform essential duties and responsibilities efficiently, accurately and safely with or without accommodation.
