Here's where you come in:
We’re looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join our sales and service team who is curious about data and enjoys using it to drive decision making.
Day to Day:
- Develop and maintain the metrics, reports, and dashboards that guide operational efficiency and inform business decisions
- Create ad-hoc analysis in support of leadership and strategic initiatives
- Collaborate closely with various teams to optimize how we capture, analyze, and report sales and service data
- Integrate data from various sources to deliver appealing visualizations that provide insight into Noblr’s sales and service performance
- Curate monthly and quarterly data to present departmental performance to senior leadership
Required Experience:
- 3+ years of data management, analytics, and reporting management
- 1+ years analyzing sales and services data
- Expertise in SQL, Excel, and visualization tools such as Tableau
- Demonstrates problem-solving, decision-making, and process improvement skills
- Experience informing business challenges and opportunities through the development of analytical solutions across disparate data sets
