Our members log their trips with the Noblr app, get driving insights that help them continuously improve, and earn rewards for responsible driving.

    Here's where you come in:

    We’re looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join our sales and service team who is curious about data and enjoys using it to drive decision making.

    Day to Day:

    • Develop and maintain the metrics, reports, and dashboards that guide operational efficiency and inform business decisions
    • Create ad-hoc analysis in support of leadership and strategic initiatives
    • Collaborate closely with various teams to optimize how we capture, analyze, and report sales and service data
    • Integrate data from various sources to deliver appealing visualizations that provide insight into Noblr’s sales and service performance
    • Curate monthly and quarterly data to present departmental performance to senior leadership

    Required Experience:

    • 3+ years of data management, analytics, and reporting management
    • 1+ years analyzing sales and services data
    • Expertise in SQL, Excel, and visualization tools such as Tableau
    • Demonstrates problem-solving, decision-making, and process improvement skills
    • Experience informing business challenges and opportunities through the development of analytical solutions across disparate data sets
