    TRI POINTE HOMES IS LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED, DETAIL ORIENTATED, PROBLEM SOLVING INDIVIDUAL TO JOIN OUR TALENTED GROUP AS AN SEO SPECIALIST IN OUR HOME OFFICE.

     

    POSITION HIGHLIGHTS: The SEO Specialist will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing our SEO strategy and Conversion Rate Optimization. This role will have a deep understanding of SEO, leveraging the Conductor platform or previous experience managing a similar platform.

    The SEO Specialist will be the go-to person for SEO questions: from technical to content, you’ll interface regularly with both internal team members and agency partners, and require the ability to translate and articulate strategy and tell stories with data.

     

     

    POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Develop, manage, and implement a website optimization and SEO road map, including idea management, testing, optimization, reporting, and forecasting
    • Partner with the digital product and business intelligence teams to develop and optimize reporting.
    • Work with SEO partners and digital product teams to implement enhancements to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords
    • Optimize site search functionality to improve content discoverability
    • Collaborate with paid search and metasearch teams to co-optimize SERP presence
    • Identify and implement a strategy for optimizing the website for mobile and voice
    • Identify and analyze competitor techniques
    • Work closely with the performance marketing team to identify areas for improvement focusing on optimizing ad spend and ROI across both performance and earned media.
    • Regularly perform thorough keywords research and highlight new content opportunities
    • Identify and own all key SEO KPIs
    • Monitor redirects, canonical tags, click rate, bounce rate, and other KPIs
    • Identify technical related errors preventing maximum efficiency and ROI
    • Identify technical problems and deficiencies and implement solutions with Product and IT teams on time.
    • Manage and optimize SEO platform keeping keywords up to date with new geos, keywords, and terms
    • Work with digital product and both home office and division marketing operations teams to incorporate organic search considerations into content strategy
    • Conduct routine SEO analysis and social media optimization in support of a content strategy
    • Identify optimization opportunities to drive higher conversion rates
    • Provide feedback regarding landing page creation and optimization
    • Assist in content management, A/B test strategy, content optimization, and conversion rate optimization
    • Provide recommendations to digital product and operations teams on trending and rising topics for blog/content development
    • Leverage the Conductor platform to create content briefs that include keywords, topic, and other recommendations for monthly blog post creation and pages
    • Generate high-quality periodic reports summarizing performance metrics for the website, social media, and email campaigns
    • Regularly monitor activities of Tri Pointe’s competitors, maintaining consistent records for reference by the home office marketing team
    • Prepare and present reports regularly to management on progress and organic growth
    • Track, analyze, and report on website analytics and the performance of SEO initiatives
    • Lead and motivate SEO team members to expand their knowledge & skillsets
    • Maintain content strategy and optimization guides
    • Prepare and present reports regularly to management on progress and organic growth
    • Provide training as appropriate to the role and skill level of other marketing team members
    • Proactively follow changes to key algorithms (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) to ensure our content is optimized

     

    POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Deep expertise across multiple disciplines of SEO (technical, content, on-page, link building)
    • 3+ years of experience as SEO Specialist or similar role
    • 2+ years of experience in planning and implementing a successful SEO strategy
    • Expertise in A/B methodologies and execution. Experience with Optimizely, Google Optimize, Crazy Egg, Hotjar, or similar platforms
    • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript
    • In-depth knowledge of research principles and methods and experience in analyzing data
    • Has a progressive understanding of the interrelationship between SEO and other digital channels
    • Proven SEO experience and success improving rankings for competitive keywords
    • Well-versed in search engine optimization, content marketing, UX, and online customer acquisition
    • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in search engine optimization
    • Expertise in Google Analytics
    • Expertise with SEO platforms such as Conductor, BrightEdge, or similar
    • Understands campaign objectives/strategy and able to present insight in reports to internal team members as well as field/anticipate questions
    • Grammatical and creative writing skills, ability to review and proof copy for marketing text for the web and social
    • Up to date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
    • Solid organization skills and a results-oriented, collaborative work style
    • Excellent communicator and sound thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions
    • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
    • Self-motivated, highly driven, and fast learner
