Shenandoah University’s Department of Physical Plant is accepting applications for a General Maintenance position. This is a full-time benefited position located on our main campus in Winchester, Virginia. This Job will be an hourly position supervised by the Assistant Director of Physical Plant. The primary duties of this position are to provide General Maintenance for the Resident Halls, Academic Buildings, and Office Buildings. During the summer, this position will remove, clean, and replace PTac Units. This position will also participate in Snow Removal and On-Call.

Specialized Qualifications:

• Basic Equipment knowledge
• Basic Electrical knowledge would be beneficial

Physical demands:

• Must be able to lift 50lbs

Work Environment:

• Inside work and outside work during all 4 seasons
