As The Bank of You, North Shore Bank is about helping families thrive, businesses grow and communities flourish. And it’s our employees that make the difference. With offices located throughout eastern Wisconsin, we offer a work culture that has been recognized as a Top Workplace nine times by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.

As a mutual company, North Shore Bank isn’t publicly-owned, which means when we come to work every morning, our sole focus is on providing high-touch service to our customers and employees, and supporting our local communities. Are you looking for a company that places long-term growth ahead of short-term profits? Where you can put your customers first and think creatively to solve challenges? Where respect, integrity and being true to your word are valued and rewarded? This is the place.

NORTH SHORE BANK’S TELLERS are the Bank’s personal representatives for its customers, providing efficient, accurate and friendly service, who build strong relationships between the customer and the Bank. Our Tellers actively promote and sell North Shore Bank products and services.

Successful Tellers are comfortable in a sales referral role and actively engage our customers in meaningful conversations; ask questions to identify cross-selling opportunities; and make an appropriate blend of qualified referrals to other branch personnel and branch business partners.

In this role, you will also reach out to customers via telephone (and/or in person at our in-store branch locations), to develop banking relationships and inform customers of our products and services.

We look for employees who embody our brand of The Bank of You – Together Achieving More. We seek individuals who give their all to their fellow employees throughout the bank, and who are interested in learning and developing skills as a Teller.

Our customers demand Tellers who are friendly, knowledgeable, accurate, responsible, and will make their banking experience a personalized service.

Our pay rates are extremely competitive along with a 401k plan with matching benefits, medical plans, and other employee benefits.  EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of related experience OR a 2- or 4-year degree from an accredited college or university and at least six months of related experience is required. Related experience includes a combination of cash handling, direct customer service, and retail or other sales.   Must have availability to work Saturday mornings.  Bilingual/Spanish required.
