This role provides support for all recruiting efforts for the network and district office. This position involves performing functions that allow the recruiting team to efficiently attract, recruit, select and contract financial representatives. The Recruitment Coordinator has an overall understanding of the recruitment and selection process. This position requires a high degree of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of individuals. This role has two site locations with expectations to be working at one site or the other during the week. One site is in New Haven and the other site is in West Hartford. Responsibilities: RECRUITMENT & SELECTION SUPPORT • Key Responsibility: Recruits 5 Full-time Financial Representatives per year • Key Responsibility: Recruit 2 to 5 interns to the New Haven Internship program • Maintain a supply of all recruiting materials and resources • Effectively communicate with candidates during the Mutual Fit selection process • Coordinate community events and college campus career fairs • Schedule virtual and in-person interviews as needed • Coordinate and execute any recruitment promotions/campaigns/marketing • Track recruitment activity and prepare reports for Chief Recruitment Officer • Assist in the administration of selection profile tools as needed • Provide support to all levels of leadership involved in candidate selection • Source resumes from job boards, postings, and community events • Create feed lists via social media LinkedIn and Facebook • Maintain Applicant Tracking System via home office-supported software CONTRACT & LICENSING AND DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT • Key Responsibility: Back up and support contract & licensing as needed • Key Responsibility: Assist the Development department on a needed basis • Assist in the candidate’s completion of all contract and licensing paperwork • Schedule and track candidate’s licensing, registration requirements, and training • Process all contract and licensing paperwork to contract approval • Stay up to date in the knowledge of new procedures/requirements • Coordinate office set-up and orientation for new representatives Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree required • One year of recruiting experience preferred • One to four years of experience working within an office environment preferred • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Ability to work professionally as a team member and with all levels of people • Demonstrated ability to motivate and influence people Compensation: $48,000
