- Responsibilities
Typical daily responsibilities will include but not limited to setting up and managing the office including but not limited to office files, marketing, workflow, answering calls, processing loan documents, managing vendors, banks and lender relationships. Job also includes supporting, working and communicating with Independent agents on a daily basis. Flexible working hours up to 25 hours per week. Candidate will earn on top of fixed base up to $500 for each loan they process. Candidate can process up to 5 loans a month or more. Loans can be processed between 2 and 30 days. Will train and must be fast learner and able to work without supervision in new office. Potential to be hired full time and grow with the company.
- Qualifications
The perfect candidate will be a senior in college with a major in business administration, finance or marketing.
Must be able to work Monday through Friday between 20 & 25 hours. Flexible hours.
Candidate must be self-starter with Microsoft office experience.
Must be organized, dependable, responsible, smart, fast learner and work well with a variety of people.
Candidate must have a positive attitude and have basic knowledge of finance, office administration and or marketing.
- Compensation$600.00 month plus up to $500 commission bonus for each loan you process. Monthly OTE can exceed $2000
