    FOOD TRUCK INTERNSHIP (2 POSITIONS AVAILABLE) Job Number : 13911 Job Location : St Louis Pk, MN Job Category : Administrative and Support Services Job Type : Part Time Old National Bank has an Internship which is a seasonal position which the main priorities will include Food Truck coordination. As a brand ambassador for Old National Bank in a variety of public forums and private events, a successful intern will be positive, comfortable in social settings, and well-spoken. This position requires someone who can be flexible and is willing to work early mornings, nights and weekends. The Food Truck Coordinator must be organized and punctual. As a representative of Old National Bank, this position, along with all others, is expected to adhere to high ethical standards and practices and to conduct him or herself in accordance with Old Nationals policies and procedures. In addition, he or she is responsible for managing the risks inherent in Old Nationals business over which control can be exercised. All employees are responsible for reporting any improper activities or risks they become aware of while on the job. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: · Manage the Food Truck Program, including proactively partnering with Commercial Sales Teams on scheduling and event details. · Responsible for coordinating with event planners and/or representatives from the community to ensure proper registration and execution of the event. · Responsible for driving the Food Truck to and from events, as well as cleaning and storing it as required. · Preparing the food/beverages. · Follow all ServSafe practices when prepping and serving food and beverages. · Maintain proper vehicle log and schedule all vehicle maintenance. · Purchase and manage all food inventory while properly tracking expenses and completing credit card statements. · Follow all proper protocols when serving liquor including checking ID, setting up the proper cordons, etc. · Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: · Valid drivers license and clean driving history required and must pass a DOT physical. · Comfort in driving an oversized vehicle is required, experience preferred. · ServSafe Certification required. This can be completed during the beginning of the internship period. · Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, and adept at relating to various internal and external audiences, excellent customer service skills. · Must be willing to travel throughout the Twin Cities and Mankato on a regular basis. · Must be 21 years of age. · Proven follow-through with an excellent eye for detail. · Food Truck is operational from May October. At a minimum, intern should be able to work from May August. Any ability to work in September October can be determined based on interns availability.
