Job Description: We are in search of several Enterprise Marketing Interns from May August 2018 for 40 hours per week. As a valued member of the OneAmerica team, your responsibilities will expose you to a well-rounded marketing experience that may include the following. Please note: you dont need experience in all of the following categories to apply. Communications, content and collateral development: Write communications for internal audiences such as corporate news and associate events Write communications for external audiences for project updates and field emails/e-newsletters Developing case studies, best practices and other producer educational material Digital, social media or website development: Create and publish content on websites or other electronic platforms Event management and support: Assist in the event planning process for associates, clients, conferences or agencies Assist with coordinating suite, event & ticket management Coordinating registration and attendee packets Confirming hotel rooming list and flight arrival/departure manifests Research and analytics: Administer market and customer research Research and document the customer experience, also known as Voice of Customer Analyze feedback and current state Monitor local, national and trade media, website stats and other data Track program or campaign adoption and business leads Create measurement reports Research and report on topics and competitive strategy and tactics Program development or maintenance: Work with IT to Install Google Analytics to understand the customer experience Contribute to program strategy Set project deliverables and deadlines Align plans with production releases Perform root cause resolution of business system and business process problems Administration or project management: Create detailed documentation Develop and maintain organized, accurate and timely electronic files, resources and standard operating procedures Log requests and provide updates from requestors through completion To achieve this, you work as part of various teams. Your work will enable the company to strengthen its enterprise marketing outcomes. Requirements Qualifications: You are motivated, a self-starter, detail-oriented and organized. You are a problem solver, flexible and have a strong desire to learn. You have completed two years in a college curriculum toward a four-year college degree with a GPA 3.0 or higher. Any previous internship or work experience in the preferred areas of study is a considerable plus. You demonstrate strong skills in time management, organization, written and verbal communications, and Microsoft Office applications (specifically Word, Excel & PowerPoint). You are able to work with minimum supervision and can manage and prioritize multiple projects.
