Were in the people business. The WMIS Department at OnPoint Community Credit Union is looking for a Summer Investment Services Intern. Under the direction of the WMIS Management Team, the Investment Services Intern will be required to complete a variety of assignments simultaneously and prioritize work. Must have the ability to be self-directed and work under limited direct supervision. Responsibilities Accurately organize and update the WMIS Employee Policy & Procedure Guide Building additional WMIS Branch Training Guides Will be responsible for the review and edit of the WMIS Staff Learning Center trainings Answer Loop Line Calls with professionalism and a high level of customer service Help monitor Solonis for incoming branch referrals Organize spreadsheets for outbound calling projects Organize Summer Seminar events Rebuild the Seminar Dashboard in Excel Pull weekly reports from Raymond James Run basic auditing reports in Raymond James systems Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Preferred 2+ years college Proficiency working with computers. Preferred demonstrated knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook. Will be required to be fingerprinted and successfully pass a Background Check by Raymond James.
