JOB PURPOSE: To support client enrollments and enabling our clients, IC’s, and teams to operate more efficiently.
GENERAL SUMMARY: Under minimal direction, is responsible for the overall planning, management and completion of ICM Power enrollment projects for various industries within the requirements of a defined methodology. Along with client enrollments, the candidate will be focused on enabling our team to operate more efficiently and provide a better and more consistent experience to our clients and Independent Contractors. The Enrollment, Training, and Enablement Specialist will partner with SMEs, Onboarding, Product, and Internal Training to develop best practices, create training and video content, and lead specific training sessions. Duties may require additional hours for project completion and testing support. This is a salaried position that reports to the Professional Services Manager.
JOB DUTIES: The Enrollment, Training, and Enablement Specialist strives to accomplish the following:
- Provides enrollment support for clients virtual and onsite. Up to 15-25% travel to client locations
- Works with the Client to coordinate the logistics of onsite meetings and responsible for planning and scheduling all travel
- Works with and mentors Clients to define configuration scope and creates a project timeline for enrollments
- Completes all activities according to the Openforce delivery process methodology
- Produces all training, content, and project deliverables with a high degree of thoroughness and quality
- Identifies, tracks, monitors and communicates project-related issues that may arise during the enrollment projects and follows up to solution; escalates accordingly
- Develops a “trusted advisor” relationship with the Client; maintains a focus on customer service
- Maintains timely, effective and proactive communication with the Client
- Ensures all projects under his/her supervision are simultaneously progressing smoothly towards completion and that no project is being neglected because of another
- Updates project status reports on a timely basis; demonstrate constant and timely progress
- Employs forward thinking to determine if a change in enrollment strategy is required
- Participates in internal QA reviews of other projects and provides constructive feedback
- Designs, creates, and maintains training, learning plans, and video content for all operations departments
- Designs, creates and maintains training and video content for clients and Independent Contractors
- Uses feedback from Client experience to identify potential training and/or enablement content
- Helps to assess and provide feedback regarding trainees’ acquisition of knowledge and skill at the completion of training; and can recommend additional professional development opportunities, self-development or training activities to promote skill development
- Employs a variety of assessment methods to be used before, during, and after training to measure the impact of training; and can collaborate with department managers to implement comprehensive evaluations of training effectiveness
- Contributes to internal process improvement
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
- Builds and maintains a thorough working knowledge of the ICM Power solution and newly added features
- Contributes to organizational goals by meeting metrics defined by Sr. Manager of Professional Services
- Bachelor’s Degree in technology related field or 4 years equivalent work experience managing software implementation projects, designing or conducting training, recording training video libraries, or similar.
- Trainer’s training certification or PMP a plus.
- SaaS, Software, Industry (primarily transportation), or Payroll background is highly desired; candidates with background in one or more of these disciplines will be considered first.
- 2-3 years’ experience in an implementation, LMS, curriculum content creation, or training preferred
- 1-3 years’ experience a SaaS organization preferred
- Possesses strong Microsoft Office proficiency
- Video creation experience a plus
- Must have strong written and oral communication skills
