SUMMARY

Under immediate supervision, the Operations Associate II reviews, processes, and monitors new and existing customer account information and required documentation.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review and process client-related documents which may include making updates to account information

• Review daily reports as related to new and existing accounts

• Provide Customer Service to branch offices through phone calls, emails, or other communication

• Assist in opening new accounts through various methods

• Assist in entering returned mail through the Lost Security Holder process

• Assist in regulatory mailings such as Update Letters, Welcome Letters, and Address Change Letters

• Provide ideas/assists with projects to improve processing quality and/or efficiency and assist in resolving complex department issue

QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent communication and administrative skills

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work in a Team environment and ability to meet assigned deadlines

• Provide a high level of Customer Service

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Associates Degree in Business or related field required

• 3+ years related experience required

SYSTEMS AND TECHNOLOGY

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
