SUMMARY
The Operations Associate II is responsible for aiding in driving departmental results for Stifel's Salesforce Wealth application, as well as additional tasks which could require more experience and expertise to perform. This position requires a sound understanding of the Salesforce application and processes while serving as a liaison to internal and external stakeholders. This position will require strong collaboration among team members to provide a high level of service to our branch office personnel.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Accurately provides phone support with a high level of customer service while adhering to departmental procedures and guidelines and promoting the Salesforce Wealth application.
Identify potential problems or issues that fall outside of standard procedures and provide leadership and Product Management with ways to improve operational efficiency.
Develop effective communication skills within the department, Stifel Branch Personnel and to key stakeholders.
Provide timely updates on progression of job responsibilities to leadership.
Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively within a team and with other areas in the firm.
Manage higher level and sensitive information with ability to keep record of caller interactions.
Provide the highest quality of customer service through written and verbal communications.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward callers and promote team collaboration at all times.
Assist in the advancement of both departmental and firm wide initiatives when needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
Strong organizational skills with the ability to follow up on open tasks.
Professional phone contact and active listening skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
Ability to utilize sound judgment in order to assist with more complex issues with the ability to disseminate relevant information to leadership, specifically around Stifel’s Salesforce Wealth application.
Working knowledge of financial services applications, systems, terminology and procedures and ability to adapt to these changes.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum Required: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Required: 1 - 3 years’ professional business related experience
LICENSES AND CREDENTIALS
SYSTEMS AND TECHNOLOGY
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, and Excel
Salesforce experience beneficial
