    Citi’'s Enterprise Operations & Technology (EO&T) group is looking for Summer Analysts to join the Leadership Development Program. The 10-week program starts in June and begins with a full day of induction training. Enterprise Operations and Technology (EO&T) plays a central role in driving value for Citi and it's clients. EO&T provides a foundation that enables Citi to achieve it's day-to-day operational and long-term growth goals, enabling execution of Citi’'s Strategy. With over 113,000 employees in 99 countries, Citi’'s EO&T is one of the largest single organizations in the world. Enterprise O&T includes the following functional areas:

    • Citi Technology Infrastructure (CTI) provides a critical technical foundation for the firm's operations through the infrastructure that runs business and general user computing services.
    • Chief Technology Office (CTO) Digital Studio supports the production of modern, transformative products & experiences through strategic marketing, digital communication, and innovation.
    • The Global Digital Strategy (GDS) team drives digital transformation across Citi. It works across business lines, regions, and functions, to promote digital initiatives, capabilities, and transformation.
    • Citi Shared Services (CSS) provides services that deliver business and economic value to enable Citi'’s growth. Services may include regulatory reporting, compensation & benefits, and global travel.
    • Enterprise Supply Chain (ESC) is responsible for support of the end-to-end supplier lifecycle process, from supplier risk assessment, to competitive bidding and selection, contracting and payment.
    • Citi Realty Services (CRS) is dedicated to providing real estate services and premises that are cost effective, safe, productive, and valued by it's customers.
    • Information Protection Directorate (IPD) is responsible for analyzing cyber threat information designed to increase Citi's cyber threat awareness and protection levels.
    • Operations &Technology Risk and Control (OTRC) protects Citi from risks that might arise from the execution of O&T'’s day-to-day responsibilities.
    • Citi Productivity is a global organization that reports to the CEO of Citigroup and engages in corporate priority projects with business, function and region senior leadership teams.
    • Resource & Location Strategy (R&LS) creates value for Citi'’s businesses by partnering to deliver "the right resources, from the right source of supply, in the right location, for the right cost at the right time."

    We're committed to teaching you the ropes. The ten-week Summer Analyst Program starts in June. Summer Analysts will be assigned to work with an EO&T team. Citi’'s Summer Analyst Program aims to mold students into high-caliber professionals and future leaders through careful training and development. To do so Summer Analysts will be assigned a full-time LDP Analyst who will coach them through the Summer Program and share what makes him or her successful LDP Analyst.

    Your time here will look something like this...

    Through ongoing professional and technical training and networking and mentoring opportunities, summer analysts build the necessary professional and leadership skills for future success. Analyst assignments change each year based on the business needs of each EO&T group. Below are some examples of assignments from the previous summer analyst program:

    • Converting raw data into intelligence
    • Performing web and mobile application testing and scans
    • Identifying defects in online tools
    • Creating Excel dashboards and scorecards to summarize data providing overview of sourcing process to senior level management
    • Automating analytical processes by creating Excel macros
    • Generating weekly reports relating to headcount and supporting advanced analytics projects
  • Qualifications

    We want to hear from you if...

    • You are pursuing a Bachelor'’s degree in any discipline.
    • Preferred disciplines include: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Security, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Cyber Security, Emergence or Crisis Management, or another analytical or technical-related program
    • You have a GPA of 3.0 or above (preferred)
    • You have an interest working in a high tech global technology environment and have a fundamental understanding of technologies, including by not limited to programing languages (C++, Java, etc.), application development, or basic concepts of relational databases.
    • You are a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident or possess other unrestricted U.S. work authorization and will not require sponsorship for U.S. work authorization now or anytime in the future.
