The Analyst, Implementation & Change will be a key member in Visa’s Enterprise Transformation Office (ETO), which is responsible for driving meaningful and sustainable change across the many segments of Visa’s business. Broad topics may include, but are not limited to:
As an Analyst, this role will be an individual contributor within the Implementation and Change practice, reporting to the Senior Director, Strategic Change. This individual will play a critical role in supporting organizational change initiatives by partnering with stakeholders from across the team and broader business. The Analyst will provide versatile support across various high-visibility projects and initiatives, ensuring effective communication and seamless implementation of organizational change strategies. This role demands exceptional flexibility, strong organizational skills, and the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, making this role an indispensable asset to our team.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 95,200.00 to 134,600.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
