    Job Description

    The Analyst, Implementation & Change will be a key member in Visa’s Enterprise Transformation Office (ETO), which is responsible for driving meaningful and sustainable change across the many segments of Visa’s business. Broad topics may include, but are not limited to:

    • Helping develop strategies and initiatives that drive step-change improvement in accountability
    • Addressing enterprise-wide organizational improvements to unlock revenue or capacity
    • Identifying areas of opportunity to improve the client experience and accelerate time-to-market

    As an Analyst, this role will be an individual contributor within the Implementation and Change practice, reporting to the Senior Director, Strategic Change. This individual will play a critical role in supporting organizational change initiatives by partnering with stakeholders from across the team and broader business. The Analyst will provide versatile support across various high-visibility projects and initiatives, ensuring effective communication and seamless implementation of organizational change strategies. This role demands exceptional flexibility, strong organizational skills, and the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, making this role an indispensable asset to our team.

    _ Key Responsibilities_

    The ideal candidate will be creative and have direct experience working within a change or transformation-focused team. Key responsibilities will include :

    • Management of the Change Community of Practice, ensuring active engagement and support of members
    • Oversight and technical support of the change resource hub
    • Coordination of training activities including scheduling sessions, managing participant surveys, and ensuring effective delivery of training programs.
    • Promotion and socialization of enterprise change resources and toolkits, identifying and leveraging new opportunities to embed its principles across the organization.
    • Development of key change-related assets such as FAQs, quick reference guides, presentation materials, email engagement, and slides for toolkits and presentations.
    • Conduct stakeholder interviews and impact assessments to gather insights and inform change management strategies.
    • Perform quantitative and qualitative data analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
    • Liaise and coordinate with Visa University (VU) on the development and delivery of training programs and assets.
    • Support the development and execution of change communication plans, ensuring clear and consistent messaging across all channels.

    Basic Qualifications :

    • 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)

    Preferred Qualifications :

    • 3 or more years of relevant work experience in change management, organizational development, or a related field with a Bachelor’s Degree
    • Proven experience applying the ADKAR framework to change initiatives
    • Robust understanding of various organizational change management principles, methodologies, tools and best practices
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationship with diverse teams
    • Demonstrated ability to work within a complex matrixed environment
    • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Suite including Word, PPT, Teams and SharePoint
    • Prosci certification
    • Knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies, both quantitative and qualitative
    • Experience with community management or other engagement platforms
    • Experience developing training materials and coordinating training programs
    • Ability to create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
    • Previous experience working in a consulting firm as part of an implementation team
    • High emotional intelligence and the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics in a matrixed environment

    Additional Information

    ** Work Hours:** Varies upon the needs of the department.

    ** Travel Requirements:** This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

    ** Mental/Physical Requirements:** This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

    U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 95,200.00 to 134,600.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
