KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinates all Program Electronic Review Management (PERM) recruitment efforts by facilitating the relationship between Human Resource (HR), Immigration Law Unit (ILU), outside immigration legal vendor, and the business.
Manages full life cycle PERM recruiting process, from requisition opening to closing in accordance with the PERM process driven by Citi's Immigration Law Unit and in partnership of our outside legal vendor.
Reviews and screens resumes, responsible for tracking all applicants in compliance with the PERM requirements.
Conducts phone screens and assessment interviews and facilitates manager feedback process.
Consults with management on candidate interview slates.
Maintains accuracy of candidate status within Workday and process-specific trackers throughout the entire recruiting process.
Manages recruiting activities to ensure compliance with company policy, employment laws and ILU regulatory requirements.
Maintains compliance and retention standards of all documentation for lifecycle of PERM campaign.
Responsible for the coordination of posting regulatory notices.
Serves as subject matter expert on all PERM recruitment processes for the business, HR and COE Recruitment.
Reviews and analyzes PERM recruitment processes to identify stages/processes that may be improved.
Partners with ILU and business managers to develop recruiting strategies for open PERM positions at all levels.
Applies experience developing relationships to align to business needs and become a trusted partner.
Participates in other activities as assigned by management.
EDUCATION
EXPERIENCE
3 - 5 years recruitment experience in a high-volume work environment, previous/current Citigroup experience preferred.
Demonstrated experience managing the full life cycle of the perm recruitment process preferred.
Prior experience working with remote locations & time zones highly desirable.
Proven experience using staffing related technology tools such as Workday
Prior work experience in a high volume, fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Previous experience in employment-based U.S. immigration highly desirable.
