We are looking for part time Call Center Agents for both our Dearborn Call Center and our Ann Arbor Call center.

The Opportunity:

• Build member relationships
• Refer financial products and services
• Provide courteous, friendly, enthusiastic and professional service to our members via phone, mail, email or fax in an in-bound call center environment
• Accomplish this by having strong computer skills and attention to detail while assisting our members over the phone.

• Customer service and sales experience
• Articulate phone skills with excellent listening skills
• Ability to function as a team player in a fast paced, goal oriented environment
• Excellent communication skills to discuss and refer our products and services to members
• Ability to quickly learn and maintain knowledge on a wide variety of products and services and successfully apply sales techniques
• Availability to work on Saturdays
• Consistent positive, cooperative, self-motivated, courteous and professional attitude
• High school diploma or equivalent
