Part time Admin needs academic institution experience
Part time Admin requires:
• 15-20 hours
• College degree
• Admin experience
• Oracle, MS Office
• Familiar with general business practices
• Grants experience
Part time Admin duties:
• Meeting with unit leader and job incumbent in May and June on a weekly basis prior to her leave to familiarize themselves with plans for spending on projects including several grants, and plans for end of year spending generally to prepare for end of year close.
• Complete the financial end of year close process.
