    Summary

    The Operations Clerk is responsible for performing daily administrative duties for various operations departments. This position relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. This is a constantly changing environment so the tasks for the day would need to be organized and prioritized daily depending on upcoming deadlines or due dates.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities

    • Perform daily office tasks such as filing, recording, maintaining records, copying, posting, and other similar duties to complete tasks in a timely manner.
    • Complete data entry using available systems and processes to check on completion of changes.
    • Operate office machines such as photocopiers, facsimile machines, voice mail systems, and personal computers.
    • Assist with generating excel spread sheets with basic formulas.
    • Assist in composing and formatting general routine memos and proofing generic letters.
    • Assist with reviewing reports looking for specific exception criteria as needed.
    • Pulling client documents off of storage system as needed for review.

    Qualifications

    • Working knowledge of administrative procedures, operating systems, electronic records, files, and other standard office procedures, practices, and terminology.
    • Proficient in ten key and general typing.
    • Proficient in basic math and problem solving.

    Education & Experience

    • Minimum Required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
    • Minimum Required: 0-1 years’ of related experience.

    Licenses & Credentials

    • Minimum Required: None

    Systems & Technology

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook including Excel and Word.
