We currently have an opening for an Operations Specialist working out of our Irvine, California global headquarters. About the position: Operations Specialists are expected to: * Analyze and process routine and non-routine confidential correspondence for client portfolio transactions (including capital calls, cash and stock distributions) * Monitor general correspondence received through email (including logging, printing and distribution of correspondence to appropriate departments, servers and files) * Communicate wire instructions to funds and clients upon request * Initiate wires via on-line banking system * Other duties and special projects, as assigned Qualifications * Bachelor Degree in business-related subject matter * Minimum of two years of experience working full time in a bookkeeping or closely related position. * Highly proficient in use of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Intermediate mathematical skills * Ability to establish appropriate priorities, work on multiple projects concurrently and meet inflexible deadlines * Ability to work independently in completing a variety of confidential, administrative tasks * Ability to interpret and apply judgment to tasks based on broad policies and procedures * Acute attention to accuracy and detail * Willingness and ability to learn new computer skills and software Benefits: All regular full-time employees at Pathway Capital Management, LP enjoy a generous benefits package which includes: * Employee insurance coverage provided at no cost and paid entirely by Pathway, with the exception of Voluntary Life/AD&D, Voluntary Hospital or Accident, and Flexible Spending Accounts (there is a low $25 per paycheck contribution for medical plan coverage of dependents). * Pathway observes 10 holidays per year.
