The Leadership Associate Program is a 24-month developmental experience that provides opportunity working in three 8-month rotations across the U.S. Personal Bank. Each Leadership Associate will spend a rotation immersed in a different business group, such as: Cards, Retail Banking, Consumer Digital, Marketing, Global Business Development, Chief Administrative Office, and Customer Experience. We offer a variety of functional roles to fit the diverse interests of our Leadership Associates, such as: Product Management, Project Management, Marketing, Strategy, Innovation, Customer Experience, Risk and Controls, and Analytics. Throughout your 24-months in the Program you'll broaden your skills, explore areas of the Personal Bank to gain insight into your unique interests and career goals, and build a strong professional network. Upon completion of the Program, Leadership Associates are considered for a VP-level role at Citi.
