    Sales Development Representative - Patient Engagement at Phreesia (View all jobs) New York Phreesia is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to focus on identifying highly qualified leads for the Patient Messaging Sales team at media agencies and pharmaceutical clients. This candidate will hunt new business opportunities through proprietary research and outbound prospecting via phone and email. SDRs cultivate interest in Phreesia and set-up live meetings and product demos for our Sales Directors and Agency Relationship Managers. SDRs will also assist our Sales team with responding to requests for proposals and participating in media day events. SDR efforts will increase awareness of Phreesia and grow the Patient Messaging pipeline. Responsibilities: Identify qualified leads to achieve company objectives and strategic goals Research and develop targeted lead lists based on ideal customer profiles Leverage phone, email, & social media to generate qualified new leads Engage new and existing agencies and clients to drive Phreesia awareness, demand, and preference Qualify prospects for Agency Relationship Managers & Sales Directors Identify key buying influencers within decision makers Maintain daily outreach activities in Salesforce Provide basic platform demo and capabilities to agency prospects and clients Act as coordinator for agency and group events Utilize Salesforce email tools for broad-scale agency outreach Manage ongoing communication with agencies (newsletter, relevant articles, etc.) Support Patient Messaging sales quota Manage and update all activities, leads, and contacts in Salesforce Qualifications: Bachelors degree 1-2 years of experience with demonstrated success in a relevant Sales/Marketing role or training program Experience managing a pipeline within a CRM software tool such as Salesforce.com New business development and lead generation experience a plus Solid organizational skills with ability to multi-task Determined self-starter Strong interpersonal and communication skills Excellent presentation & product demonstration skills Media Agency or healthcare experience preferred Phreesia is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
