part of the Risk Management team, this position supports the investment
risk framework and senior management by ensuring that the investment
risk processes are monitored and enforced as well as defining and
providing accurate and timely risk analytics on mutual funds and
institutional accounts. Key Responsibilities: * Using various risk
analytical resources, prepare and distribute investment risk reports
that provide information on market risks (including VaR and tracking
error values, stress testing), liquidity analysis, other risk
analytics/indicators to various stakeholders including Amundi Pioneer
Family of Funds Board of Trustees, Amundi Group Risk Business line and
other global teams, Investment Management, RFP teams, Institutional
Marketing, various Committees including Investment Committee and Risk
Committee * Participate in assisting with defining, implementing and
analyzing a risk strategy for investment portfolios which includes
communicating and interacting with both the Investment Management teams
and the Amundi Group Risk teams, regularly * Daily monitoring and
ensuring compliance of investment guidelines, regular surveillance of
portfolio risk exposures * Provide ad hoc support to investment
managers, institutional client services, global investment risk team in
various regions and retail sales on investment risk requests;
Communicate and work with investment management on educating them on
investment risk results and assisting them on managing their funds risk
- Provide support to ensure data integrity of risk results * Other
responsibilities include * Regular interaction with various Amundi Group
global entities * Provide support in the portfolio analytics process by
verifying portfolio returns to provide an accurate risk/return profile
of the funds * Escalate various risk issues on a timely basis
Requirements: * BA or BS degree in Finance or Mathematics, with a
concentration in financial analysis and/or statistical coursework,
preferred. * Specific experience with reporting portfolio analytics
and/or investment risk statistics, preferred. * Working towards the CFA,
FRM or MBA preferred. * Must have strong analytical skills. * Strong
interpersonal skills, particular with portfolio managers and other
senior managers, required. * Strong problem solving skills are a
critical factor for the success of this position. * The candidate will
have 1-3 years experience in financial services industry. * Must be
proficient in Excel. * Some knowledge of VBA a plus. * Familiarity with
Barclays Point, Barra, BlackRock Aladdin, Factset, Bloomberg data
