Longboard Asset Management is hiring Portfolio Consultants to join our Phoenix-based team. Our Portfolio Consultants work with a wide range of financial advisors to understand their practices and to deliver solutions that improve their core businesses.

You will cover an exclusive territory, consisting of multiple states, and manage, cultivate and grow relationships with our current clients and future prospects. Knowledge of the financial sector will be vital to your success, as the advisors we serve use a diverse range of capital market strategies.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Consult with financial advisors who have an interest in alternative investment strategies

• Work directly with the Managing Director to formulate and execute business strategy for your territory

• Cultivate new relationships with financial advisors via phone and email

Experience/Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

• 1-3 years of finance experience

• Capital markets knowledge
